• BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Payment of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm a booking. A Cancellation Policy applies.
Payment can be made by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your booking will be confirmed once the first night’s deposit has been paid.
The balance of the accommodation charges are payable on arrival before occupancy commences. We accept: Cash, Visa and MasterCard, or Eftpos.
PLEASE NOTE: all of our apartments are privately owned and therefore furnishings and fixtures will vary from those images published on this site.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure a booking, a deposit equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation is required. The balance of the accommodation cost is payable on arrival. Any sundries are payable on departure or as requested.
Cancellations must be received in writing by Port Douglas Outrigger via e-mail or standard mail.
Cancellations will not be deemed to have been received by us until you have written confirmation from Port Douglas Outrigger. If you have not received acknowledgement within two days, contact us on (07) 4099 5662.
There is no refund for an early departure.
• LOW SEASON
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before Arrival Date – the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of $50.
If cancelled or modified less than 14 days before the Arrival Date or in the case of a “no-show” – no refund of deposit.
• HIGH SEASON
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before Arrival Date – the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of $50.
If cancelled or modified between 27 and 14 days before the Arrival Date – the deposit will not be refunded.
If cancelled or modified less than 14 days before the Arrival Date or in the case of a “no-show” the total price of the reservation will be charged, unless the apartment can be re-let for the full period of the original booking. If the apartment is re-let, the cost of the first night’s accommodation will not be refunded.
Within the 14 day period prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to pre-authorise the total amount outstanding from the provided credit card to secure your booking.
The cancellation policy relevant to your reservation will be confirmed in writing at the time of your reservation.
It is recommended that guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances.
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only the number of persons included on the booking form may stay in the apartment overnight.
There is no refund for early departure.
The apartments are serviced weekly. All bed and bathroom linen is provided. A mid-stay linen change applies for bookings of 8 or more nights. Should the apartment not be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state on departure, any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal will be charged to guests.
No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex as per government health regulations.
