• Children aged 2 and under are free using existing bedding
• Minimum 2 night stay applies.
• Rates shown are per night and subject to change
• Maximum of 3 guests in one bedroom apartment
• Maximum of 5 guests in two bedroom and Penthouse apartments
• Cots and High Chairs $10 per night each or $50 per week each

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Payment of one night's accommodation is required to confirm a booking, which is a non-refundable deposit. A Cancellation Policy applies - see sidebar.

Payment can be made by credit card via our booking form, by telephone, email or fax within 3 days of booking your accommodation. If for some reason this is not possible please contact our office to arrange another method of payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If a booking is not paid for with 3 days, your reservation will be cancelled.

Your booking is automatically confirmed if you provide your credit card details and receive a valid booking number on the confirmation screen after making a reservation on Instant Bookings.

The balance of the accommodation charges are payable on arrival before occupancy commences. We accept: Cash, Visa and MasterCard, Eftpos, Bank Cheque or Travellers Cheques.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Only the number of persons included on the booking form may stay in the apartment overnight.
• There is no refund for early departure.
• The apartments are serviced weekly. All bed and bathroom linen is provided. A mid-stay linen change applies for bookings of 8 or more nights. Should the apartment not be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state on departure, any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal will be charged to guests.
• No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex as per government health regulations.
